Hickman Mills C-1 School District Athletic Program
Help build students’ confidence and competitive nature, while keeping them active in a positive environment as we update equipment, facilities, and more.
Dear friend of the community,
On behalf of the Hickman Mills Athletics Program I, Kiwaukee Thomas (current Assistant Athletic Director, Head Football Coach, and retired 9 year NFL veteran), have joined the Hickman Mills C-1 School District team to revamp our athletic problem. Athletics, as I have experienced, has the power to change communities. We are looking for companies to join our team and help us reach our $1 million goal! Our student athletes are doing positive things, and you can help aide them in this inspiring task to change the Hickman Mills community. Change is near. Join our team as we gear up for the 2015-2016 athletic season and years to come.
You play a vital role in helping us reach our $1 million goal. On Saturday, April 25, we are hosting our First Annual Bowl-a-Thon at Premier Bowl in Raytown. We are looking for companies and individuals to sponsor lanes for $250. In return, a 2 foot by 2 foot sign with your company’s logo will be displayed at the event. You also automatically become a Copper-level sponsor for the 2015-2016 school year. These funds will directly assist with much needed facility upgrades and cover major expenses, including:
· Field/court facilities repairs
· Lock room/weight room repair
· Hiring officials
· Training equipment
· EMT fees
· Individual and team camps
· and much more
The Hickman Mills Athletic Program is a 501(c) 3 organization (#44-6002906) through the Hickman Mills Educational Foundation, and your donation is tax deductible. Please note that the deadline for lane sponsorship is Friday, April 24th, 2015.
The Hickman Mills Athletic Program looks forward to building a strong partnership with you. This relationship will enable us to fulfill the hopes and dreams of our youth, building a stronger community.
Regardless if you’re able to donate at this time or not, we ask that you share this information within your networking community, for there is power in numbers. I welcome any comments or questions regarding the details of your sponsorship and look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
