TEAM

Todd Listwin, CEO

Todd Listwin grew up in a family business in the 1970’s and 80’s. The family was in the soft drink industry having a full bottling plant and distibution. Starlight Bottlers was the name of the business and acquired the distribution for PepsiCo, Canada Dry, Dr.Pepper and other various brands. When the family sold the business. Todd moved to Vancouver and started his first business with a friend. Together they started a sales agency that specialized in Streetwear and Snowboard products. This took place in the early 90’s. They landed the top selling Snowboard and apparel brands and began pioneering the snowboard industry in one of the worlds most influential snowboard region. The home of Whistler/Blackcomb. Soon the sport began to become mainstream and women’s fashion products became part of the product mix. This is where Todd learned how to waterproof fabrics. Todd worked with his friend for 13 years until they parted ways. Todd then became the sales manager of local Vancouver women’s brand called Three Stones. Their specialty was in outerwear where Todd influenced designs and grew the company 300% over 4 years. After working with Three Stones, Todd then became a working partner with Mia Melon. He also was a distributor for a women’s outerwear brand called Coffee Shop. In 2011, Todd ended his relationship with Coffee Shop and took 100% of the shares of Mia Melon. Fall 2011, Todd introduced the very first weatherproof fashion coats for women. Since their introduction, the product catagory has grown 300% every year. 2015 will see weatherproof fashion hoodies and the launch of the men’s version of weatherproof fashion coats called “One Man”
