Randy is the Founder and President of VDI Laboratory, LLC, a company dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative biomarkers for the companion animal market. Randy has a 30+ year tenure in the IVD industry and has held senior level management positions with Baxter Healthcare and Sysmex International. Prior to forming VDI, Randy was Vice President, WW Sales and Marketing at Nichols Institute, a division of Quest Diagnostics (NYSE:DGX), leading to expand the global presence of esoteric testing throughout the US, Europe, Japan, and Latin America. Mr. Ringold has a BSc and MBA from California State University, Northridge and is a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Randy has developed numerous patents in the field of laboratory diagnostics. His professional interests include sepsis, endocrinology and the use of computers in contextual diagnostics.
Lysa has over 16 years of medical diagnostics and manufacturing experience. Lysa began her career in marketing at Quest Diagnostics, Nichols Institute. After Quest Diagnostics Lysa joined Teva Pharmaceuticals and was accountable for finance and market forecasting within the US market. During her career, she has held various positions such as Contract Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Project and Product Manager and WW Financial/Product Forecaster. Prior to joining VDI, Lysa was the Manager of Commercial Operations at IntraLase Corporation, AMO. Lysa earned a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Business Management.
Steve has over 25 years of experience in clinical diagnostics including equipment sales, sales management, marketing, clinical applications and field service. Steve began his career as a field service engineer for Baxter International, Scientific Products division. During his career, he has held various positions such as clinical applications specialist, technical sales representative, robotic systems manager and field sales manager. Prior to joining VDI, Steve served as Western Region Sales Manager for Quest Diagnostics, Nichols Institute. Steve earned his electrical engineering degree from Waterbury State Technical College in Waterbury, CT.
