Amiare LLC, through a patented pyrolysis technology, produces a universal paraffin dispersant which is utilized in the oil and gas industry for enhanced oil recovery and tank bottom cleaning. Amiare uses discarded, recycled tires as its feed stock to create this unique product, which dissolves paraffins and asphaltenes, and prevents the aggregation of these molecules. This dispersal characteristic reduces the viscosity of the oil, thereby increasing the production of existing oil and gas wells by percentages of 100% to over 700%. In treatment of solid tank bottoms, our product liquefies the solidified bottom and allows the bottom to be converted into a marketable crude oil.
A Universal paraffin and asphaltene dispersant used in enhanced oil recovery (down hole treatment) in lieu of fracturing (fracking). Users have reported an increase in production from 100% to over 600%, with one well owner reporting increased production of 45 times the pre-treatment level. NR206 is the superior treatment for cleaning tank bottoms that have hardened or have accumulated sludge (This naturally occurs in holding tanks or shipping vessels.) by liquefying and suspending the heavy hydrocarbons (such as waxes, paraffins or asphaltenes) thereby allowing the bottom to be recovered as a sale-able product. Additionally, NR206 has the ability to reduce the viscosity of heavy crude oils, facilitating transportation of these oils through pipelines as an effective diluent.
The Company will generate substantial volumes of carbon char from its patented Carbonator process. Initially, this product will be sold in the Carbon Char or Carbon Black market for its BTU or fuel value. Over the next twelve months the Company will continue its research and development of alternative and higher value uses of this product. We plan to increase the quality and grade of this carbon black and thereby increase the economic value of it as a specialty chemical.
