MondayOne Properties signed an exclusive agreement with MGC, a Del Taco developer. MGC has the exclusive rights to build and develop Del Taco restaurants in North San Diego County. Under the agreement, MondayOne Properties will be responsible for building and developing Del Taco restaurants from start to finish, including entitlement, permits, construction, site work, interiors, and exteriors.
MondayOne will build new restaurants for the Area Developer. Each property will be Built to Suit, to the needs of that particular Del Taco location; each will have a 20 year lease with escalations. The first location MondayOne will develop is in San Diego County.
Del Taco, owned by Goldman Sachs, started in 1964 in California and is the second largest QSR Mexican chain in the US.

Oil production has gone from 100,000 barrels a day to 1.4 million barrels a day within a 3 yr period due to fracking technology. North Dakota’s Department of Mineral Resources bases its break-even estimates on a 10 percent return on investment after tax and royalties, it said. MondayOne has acquired a new site in San Diego County that will soon be transformed into “Melrose Vista Plaza,” a beautiful state-of-the-art retail center. Oceanside Vista, on a 3.5 Acre site with retail and restaurant space, is set to open in early 2016 along Vista California’s Melrose Drive.
Melrose Sunset is being designed by Studio 1 Architects, Inc. from Newport Beach. Their plans include two pads. In the past, Joseph has worked as a Real Estate Agent and at one time, owned his own mortgage company. He has operated warehouse lines as a banker and has thorough knowledge of underwriting guidelines. Mr. Dewan, founder of MondayOne, is an accomplished business entrepreneur with over 24 years of business experience. In the past 12 years, he has acquired, planned and developed properties including multi-tenants, hospitalities and retail projects. Since 2001, Mr. Dewan has built and operated franchised restaurants. He has been a franchisee and operator of multiple stores for Arby’s and Farmer Boys. In 2013, Monday Group secured development rights to open multiple Del Taco stores in San Diego County. Del Taco is a fast food chain with a Mexican brand, operates in 18 states and is owned by Goldman Sachs. Guest Lecturer: Mr. Dewan, in his part time has taught MBA classes at WCU, Los Angeles. Catherine is our Controller and is responsible for applying her professional knowledge and skills in the preparation and presentation of financial and other decision oriented information. With a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, she has 13 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting areas. She is responsible for managing the business team and day-to-day contact with clients and vendors.

Sandy Chhabra is responsible for the Entitlement and Development of our ground up projects. He has fifteen years of apprise with Real estate development and has been responsible for completing our projects on schedule and in budget. Prior to being with MondayOne, Sandy was the director of Operations for DAC Precision, a Aerospace manufacturing factory which manufactured parts for Western Filter, ITT and McDonnell Douglas. Sandy has a Electrical Engineering Degree from Bangalore University.
