The story of the project

The original concept was simply to put on a high profile fashion event to raise brand awareness but also much needed funds and donations for the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF)…but this is far more interactive.

*The proposed Event  Date will be in September/October, and Venue / After Party locations will be announced in the coming weeks.
We have included a variety of INDIVIDUAL BENEFITS for those individuals wishing to participate.

On offer are many levels of benefit and brand engagement opportunities catering to the corporate sector wishing to become a part of this unique and monumental marketing event. Multi-layered offerings to provide options and rewards depending on desired pledge and return.

*We recently activated a related social media campaign by use of hashtag: #IntimateBritneyAustralia which is growing momentum via the multitude of fan/follower RTs and Favourites.

How the funds will be used

Clearly, an event of this magnitude does not come cheap and although we will do what we can to keep costs to a minimum, certain expenses cannot be compromised.
For an event of this size and with the expected media attention we need a space that will compliment the brand and offer an amazing backdrop to this launch fundraiser.
Publicity is a mandatory component to ensure all those involved receive the maximum exposure for their time, effort and generosity. And let’s face it, this will be HUGE!! so we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to attend and be a part of this historical project.
Our exclusive VIP’s will need the best we can offer to ensure they make an appearance so this wont come cheap.
Goes without saying that our VIPs need to feel safe and know that we have everything covered. You know the movie “Body Guard” right..?
This is Britney!! We cannot let the audience down with a sub standard system now can we..?
Copyright is something we take very seriously so we must adhere to all legal requirements and make sure we tick ALL the boxes. This also includes many other areas of legal entitlements and regulations.
This pretty much ensures all printing, packaging, styling, staging, merchandise, various staff to ensure an event of this size is a spectacular well oiled machine. 

ALL “excess” funds (that have not been absorbed by above mentioned expenses) will be forwarded to the ACRF in the form of a donation.

The major challenge will be covering International Charter Flights (Return)

We aim to overcome this obstacle by not only continuing to maintain dialogue with her management around scheduling restraints, and personal commitments to reduce and limit any outlay by Britney or her team for her attendance but also through rigorous marketing and media campaigns.
Being that she is a global  current and relevant brand loved by literally millions,  invaluable mainstream exposure coupled with such a high return on investment should be a substantial incentive to all prospective partners and investors alike.
