We are the guys thinking differently about the ceiling fan industry.
Looking for progressive design to lead us toward innovation with a sophisticated twist.
After years of prototyping, patent development, and manufacturing analysis, the time has arrived for our company to formally introduce the Exhale fan product to the market. Exhale Fans, LLC. was formed in 2011 and is located in Georgetown, IN. With a solid technical and management team, Exhale Fans is positioned to release our first production ceiling fan in late 2013. Utilizing a ‘Know Before You Go’ philosophy has allowed us to build a sustainable manufacturing process to provide a high quality product for our consumer.
The Exhale fan is the first truly bladeless ceiling fan.
The vortex airflow profile generated by the Exhale is unmatched in the ceiling fan industry. Air is not simply directed straight down, but moves around the room in a 360° horizontal flow. The air passes over you from the side as if you were experiencing a cool spring day with its fresh-feeling and calm breeze.
This cyclonic airflow multiplies as the Exhale runs, mixing the air to eliminate hot and cold spots. This complete homogenization of the air stabilizes the temperature, reducing stress on your air conditioning or heating system.
Form does not always have to follow function. We have worked tirelessly to create a minimalist design without sacrificing performance. The Exhale fan fits comfortably in any room from the ultra modern to traditional.
Mr. Halsall was the Founder and President of Delta Offshore Positioning Systems, an oil service company sold to Sholt Offshore. He pioneered and perfected processing of satellite navigation radio transmission correction algorithms of the satellite orbital ephemeris. His work includes dual frequency refraction correction, multiple navigation system integration, advanced ultrasonic transducers, conductive plastic heating, and EMI/RFI shielding.
As the Inventor of the Exhale fan, I have always been interested in innovation and get excited about products with great design that seem to utilize the simplest solutions for every day problems. 10 years experience in co-production of numerous patented devices including advanced ultrasonic transducers, conductive plastic heating, and EMI and RFI shielding. He has developed computer automation for integration of equipment on all the above listed patents as well as power correction devices. In addition he has developed a solution for 3D vacuum thermal image transfer in mass production for photographic imaged cell phone cases.
