September 9, 2026, ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Water Tower Research (www.watertowerresearch.com) has published an Initiation of Coverage Report on YYForce, Inc. (NASDAQ: YFOR) titled, “AI Takes the Front Seat at the Uber of Staffing”. The report can be accessed here.
YYForce, Inc., formerly YY Group Holding Limited, is a Singapore-headquartered provider of technology-enabled workforce and facilities solutions. Founded in 2010 as an employment agency serving Singapore hotels, the company listed on the NASDAQ in April 2024 and operates two engines: (1) an on-demand staffing marketplace built around its proprietary YY Circle super app; and (2) an acquisition-built integrated facilities management (IFM) business spanning cleaning, security guarding, pest control, and property management. At year-end 2025, the YY Circle platform had 903,952 cumulative downloads (+74% Y/Y), 268,241 total active users (+47% Y/Y), ~12 million cumulative man hours deployed, 305 employers, and a ~95% fulfillment rate. The IFM segment serves blue-chip anchor customers, with recent wins including a three-year S$3.28 million Bank of China contract, Marina Square and Shangri-La awards, and a Singapore transportation authority contract.
In 2026, management began repositioning the group as an AI-native platform company, piloting and deploying service robots and AI software across its existing hospitality and facilities client base to lift margins in a historically labor-intensive, low-margin industry. Since March, YYForce has announced a technology partnership with Arros AI (an NVIDIA Inception member), purchased NVIDIA Blackwell-based RTX 5090 systems and opened an AI training lab, launched robotics pilots in Singapore and Las Vegas, begun an OpenClaw agentic AI production rollout with three hotel clients, signed a non-binding MOU with Velobotics, and began humanoid robotics pilots under an intended on-demand leasing model. The planned Yolara AI platform is intended to extend the marketplace model into professional and management level recruitment. Growth has been rapid: FY25 revenue rose 39.3% to US$57.2 million and guidance calls for FY26 revenue of US$103-110 million, ~86% growth at the midpoint. The addressable markets are large, with global facility management sized at US$2.86 trillion in 2025 (Mordor Intelligence), on-demand staffing at US$487.5 billion in 2024, growing to US$742.8 billion by 2033 (DataHorizzon Research), and robotics-as-a-service at US$2.4 billion in 2026, reaching US$7.6 billion by 2033 (Grand View Research).
On WTR estimates, YYForce trades at ~2.0x 2027E EV/EBITDA, a significant discount to consensus peer averages of 8.2x for workforce management and 10.2x for IFM, despite significantly higher modeled 2027E revenue growth of 61% versus single-digit average rates for both peer groups.
