Considered Leaders in the Profession, the New Fellows Span from Washington D.C. to Singapore
AUSTIN, TX – The College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA), a professional, collegial organization established in 2001, will induct 20 new Fellows into its society. The CCA is an invitation only Fellowship that promotes best practices, standards of conduct and ethics in the field of commercial arbitration in the US and internationally.
Mark Heley, CCA president, noted that the new inductees are carefully vetted and must be recognized as highly qualified arbitrators to be considered for membership. “New Fellows are added by invitation only,” explained Heley. “Our new Fellows represent a cross section of the top arbitrators from across the country and internationally,” he added.
The latest inductees add to more than 200 of the top commercial arbitrators in the profession. Heley says the new Fellows are key to the future development and work of the CCA. “The CCA remains committed to our primary mission—the promotion of professionalism, best practices and high ethical standards in the field of commercial arbitration. We hope and expect that our new Fellows will be part of the foundation that allows the CCA to continue its service in this regard moving forward.”
The class of 2022 will be officially welcomed during the CCA Annual Meeting October 13 – 15 in Scottsdale, Arizona. To view all Fellows in the class of 2022, please click here.
