The City, located east of St. Paul, is expecting a 20% population increase in the next five to seven years. Applicants will be able to track progress of their applications and message City staff through the online portal. As the City welcomes new residential and commercial development, inspections staff will be able to conduct virtual inspections, upload photos from a mobile device while onsite, and provide feedback to contractors in real time.
