The MIMIC sharing network is a completely free independent and secure vendor neutral management system for imaging of all modalities and their associated read reports. The network provides unlimited storage for all images and reports for life, an HL7 integration client/server interface, HIPAA Fax Gateway, Portals for Patients and Referring physicians, web-based zero footprint diagnostic viewer, a full SMS/Email notification system, and an integrated report writer so that reports can be generated and digitally signed.
