SAN JOSE, Calif. (April 15, 2021) – The City of Smyrna, GA has selected OpenGov, the leader in modern cloud ERP software for our nation’s cities, counties, and state agencies, to modernize its permitting and licensing processes via OpenGov Citizen Services.
In an effort to embrace a cloud-first strategy, the City of Smyrna’s Community Development team decided to update its 20-year-old legacy technology to OpenGov Citizen Services. With this new technology, the City will improve the customer experience with an online application portal and streamline internal workflows.
