Dear Shareholder,
How I used Music and Laughter to build Vuuzle TV and Win Awards
My passion to make Vuuzle TV number one goes far beyond 8 hours a day. My first step in building Vuuzle was so important as it became the foundation for the rhythm section for what was to come in the future of the company.
When you listen to music, it’s not hard to hear when a drummer is offbeat, or when a bass guitar misses a note. Nobody wants to listen to a drum with no rhythm or a guitar that’s out of tune. I think of me building Vuuzle TV as an orchestra leader, signaling many different instruments to make every different sound harmonize, all at the same time. I actually love Johann Sebastian Bach, who was one of the greatest composers of all time. He is also known for Brandenburg Concertos and Rossini’s The Barber of Seville.
I realize that following my heart and believing in people saved me time. Music and laughter are what any great leader must have to secure good fortune. Music can raise someone’s mood, get them excited, or make them calm and relaxed. Music also allows us all to feel nearly or possibly all emotions that we experience in our lives. The possibilities are endless, and every business should use them. It is an important part of our lives and fills a need or an urge to create music or simply listen.
I learned that building a successful team is about finding a group of people with the right mix of professional skills, who like to laugh and play. The fact is every person with whom I interviewed and hired all enjoyed humor. The bottom line is, humor keeps things in perspective, helps dispel negative emotions, and puts the Vuuzle team in a frame of mind that helps them better cope with the day-to-day situations of film and television.
In ancient philosophy, humor received little attention and, if anything, mostly negative. Plato, for example, criticized laughter as an emotion that undermines our self-control and called for strict control of everything comedic. The stoic Seneca, on the other hand, identified humor as a vital element of serenity. He stated: “All things are cause for either laughter or weeping” and concluded: “It is more fitting for a man to laugh at life than to cry over it.”
The ability to laugh and the inharmonious sound of laughter surrounding us is probably the most beautiful things we have the privilege of witnessing in life. Be it a burst of contagious laughter, a giggle, or even a simple childish snicker, laughter is probably the most joyful communicative emotion we have. Without laughter, Vuuzle Studios would not exist.
The secret to building Vuuzle Studios was music, laughter, and finding people who would share my vision while holding themselves accountable to be the best they could be.
People have wondered in astonishment how Vuuzle Studios Dubai dealt with the COVID 19 pandemic. The answer is, we changed our communication model focusing on the ability to see each employee as they worked through the day at their home visually, using “zoom conference”. We also shifted into high gear keeping all of our supporters, stakeholders, pioneer investors, and our angel investor updated on what we were doing, the milestones we were hitting, and our successes. The people who invested in Vuuzle wanted to know about all of these things because they support us and believed in what we’re trying to accomplish.
Unfortunately, through the COVID 19 pandemic, we had to deal with jealousy and people trying to take the company down. I became successful in my personal life and Vuuzle Media Corp. I knew I had the right to feel a sense of pride about it. But Quickly found out not everyone wanted to share my good feelings. Then one day, Vuuzle TV started reaching big accomplishments, and the success tasted oh, so sweet. Except, of course, that certain people not known to us were trying to hurt the company.
Once again, the ability to laugh, listen to music, and trust the people I hired to be as good as they could, and learn from me is how we overcame jealousy and haters who would do anything to see Vuuzle fail. I often look at myself as a professional laugher. I have always tried to cultivate a happy state of mind, appreciating the opportunities this existence god gave me.
My personal strength was treating my enemies as my best teachers. My mother taught me that love and compassion should be held in high esteem, and that practice of tolerance was essential in life. My father said every fight requires an enemy and we must be grateful to our enemies because they help us best stimulate a serene mind!
So, as I see it, anger and hatred are the real enemies that we must tackle and defeat, not the “enemies” who appear from time to time in our lives. As for me, I always want more friends. I love smiles, and my wish is to see more smiles, real smiles, for there are many kinds—sarcastic, artificial, or diplomatic. Some smiles don’t arouse any satisfaction, and some even provoke suspicion or fear. A genuine smile, though, arouses an authentic feeling of freshness. If we want those smiles, we must create the reasons that make them appear so real laughter is created within the ranks of the company.
I laugh often, and my laughter is contagious. Moreover, the last ingredient to my success is mental hygiene, which is the basis of a good life and good work ethics. As the founder of Vuuzle Media Corp, I teach my staff to dream of greatness and believe that it is possible that in their position it will happen. I teach them how to visualize it and tell others what is happening in their life.
Being the founder to me means I must help people with their plans, and how they plan to achieve them, while working hard and intelligently, enjoying the process every day. Everything starts in your mind and heart. All the great achievements of humanity began as ideas in the imagination of some brave man who had the courage to make them come true.
I knew and believed from the first day we started Vuuzle TV that it would be possible to become a huge company in the OTT business. I learned to work and become that person who learns how to make dreams come true.
Yes, I am a dreamer and believer! I dream and believe because God said, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”
In fact, through transparency, honesty, and integrity, I realize whatever you wish for and believe in, with God above, it will be done.
Regards,
The Founder
