WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA – Phipps Reporting, Inc., a market leader in court reporting services, today announced the appointment of Seth Asofsky as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Asofsky will oversee accounting and treasury functions, financial planning, as well as human resources, reporting to Christine Phipps, CEO.

Seth will also work closely with me as we continue our commitment to pursue strategic acquisitions.”
Mr. Asofsky was a corporate and investment banker for more than 18 years before joining his client, Planet Payment, to help build an emerging business into a global, NASDAQ-listed company, serving first as CFO and then as SVP, acting in COO and sales functions. Most recently, Mr. Asofsky worked as a Principal with Nperspective providing outsourced CFO and strategic services to emerging and middle-market companies.
Asofsky holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and graduated with a BS dual degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication and Whitman School of Management. He is an officer and member of the Board of Directors for Vets2Set, Inc., serves as a member of the Monsignor Thomas Hartman President’s Council for Island Harvest Food Bank in New York, and is a mentor for Take Stock in Children.
