11. You must also alter the file permission before you can delete this file. Just straight in the System32 directory, Capattelrunner.exe, which you started
12. Click Properties and go as you did previously to Advanced Tab. Select the Permit tab from here, and in the next window select your administrator account.
13. Now, next to Full Control, press the permit column. All permissions linked to this particular file should be given. That’s what we need for this file to be deleted.
14. Return to System32, just delete the CompatTelRunner.exe file to delete Telemetry compatibility.
15. Click the recycle bin on the right and then choose Empty Recycle Bin.
