Water Tower Research (WTR) Adds Joy Malone as Head of Investor Engagement & Digital Strategies

June 28, 2022, St. Petersburg, FL – Water Tower Research LLC (www.watertowerresearch.com), a leading, digitally-focused investor engagement and stakeholder communication firm, is pleased to announce that Joy Malone has joined the firm as Head of Investor Engagement & Digital Strategies.

Water Tower Research was founded to provide “Research for the Other 99%Ô”, with a mission to improve the communication channels between companies and their stakeholders that have been impaired by dramatic structural changes to the conventional equity research and investor engagement models.

Joy has more than 30 years of experience on Wall Street, across sales, sales and equity research management and business development. Prior to joining Water Tower Research, she was Head of Business Development for The Benchmark Company, managing operations across the firm’s investment banking, equity research, and sales & marketing divisions. Previously, Joy was Director of Research and responsible for the direction and build out of equity research operations from inception for both Loop Capital Markets and Topeka Capital. She was also a co-founder and partner of Blue Water Capital, an independent bespoke research firm. Prior to her career in equity research management, Joy was a top-producing boutique equity salesperson for 20 years and she led institutional sales efforts for Soleil Securities, Tucker Anthony Sutro, and Punk, Ziegel & Company. She holds a BA in Art and Psychology from Hope College.
