ATLANTA (May 24, 2022) –Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner Activated Insights have honored Thrive Senior Living with certification as a 2022 Great Place to Work. This is the fifth year in a row that Thrive Senior Living has earned this honor. The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees from across Thrive Senior Living locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

The prestigious designation is based entirely on the experiences of current team members throughout Thrive Senior Living communities. According to the Great Place to Work 2021 Global Employment engagement study, 80% of employees at Thrive Senior living said it’s a great place to work – compared to 57% at average U.S. companies. Of Thrive’s employee participants, 90% also shared that they believe their work has a special meaning, and that it is not “just a job.”
