San Francisco. (April 27, 2022) – Every year, the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area gathers to honor the best in the home building business as it showcases top Bay Area talent at the Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) awards.
On April 22, 2022, Waters Edge at Delta Coves by Davidson Communities was named Community of the Year, while also receiving the highest accolades for its VP of Sales and Marketing Lenette Hewitt, who was recognized as Marketing Professional of the Year. At this year’s event, Davidson Communities shared other top honors with Waters Edge collaborators Design Line Interiors of Del Mar, Calif., Woodley Architectural Group of Santa Ana, Calif., and Social Call Media of Carlsbad, Calif.
Located at 55 Seaward Court on Bethel Island, Calif., this one-of-a-kind neighborhood is situated along the canals of the California Delta, about an hour from San Francisco. Earlier this year, Waters Edge was selected as the nation’s Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders’ Nationals Awards (“The NationalsSM”). All homes feature a commercial-grade private boat dock for each residence, as well as water-centric architecture and interior design.

Homes at Waters Edge include walls of expansive glass and generous outdoor spaces that overlook individual private docks and blue water views. Ranging from 2,483 to 3,331 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, Waters Edge offers three two-story floor plans in nine elevations. Each home lives like a single-story home with such popular features as “Zoom” rooms, wine rooms, U-shaped kitchen islands, snack alleys and floating staircases. Specific elevations offer options that include an elevator and a Crow’s Nest above the second floor. Prices currently range from $1.4 – $2.6 million.
