Zach Ference was Appointed the New Customer Success Pioneer
Zach Ference Joins the DataSetGo Team
[Marco Island, Fla. March 4, 2022] — DataSetGo, an independent software company, announced today that Zach Ference has joined the company as the new Customer Success Pioneer, effective immediately.
Ference is an accomplished professional with more than six years of experience in the contingent workforce space in various capacities. He moved strategically through his department, applying process improvement skills to areas such as Quality Assurance, Data Migration, and Support. As the Customer Success Pioneer, Ference will lay the foundation for the Support and Quality Assurance departments at DataSetGo for its products and offerings.
Ference joins DataSetGo from Monument, a managed services provider where he helped spearhead their data migration department. Within a year, he managed to improve the department’s current standards through various migration processes and clever data handling. Ference will be a huge asset in setting the standards for user support handling, and product quality assurance for DataSetGo.
