ECFX, the leader in electronic court notice management for law firms, has announced the addition of two new team members – Dora Tynes, Director of Client Success and Dustin Davis, Director of Sales.
“The caliber and quality of our team with the addition of Dustin and Dora is such that we anticipate this coming year will be the best yet for ECFX,” Dan O’Day, Co-Founder & CEO at ECFX stated. “With high growth in the adoption and success of ECFX Notice, it was critical that we expanded our team to cover more territory within the U.S. and maintain client satisfaction.”
Dora Tynes spent most of her career in the legal industry, and her experience encompasses all aspects of the business and practice of law. Recently, her focus has been on customer success, helping to deliver legal technology solutions to firms. At Thomson Reuters, Dora worked closely with clients to ensure they leveraged available software offerings to improve internal processes and attain value from their technology investments.
Dora is an expert at helping customers find the right solution to existing challenges, and ECFX is proving to be the ideal solution to the daunting and repetitive work of managing electronic court notices.
Before embarking in legal technology, Dora spent over a decade working in large law firms, where she held various leadership roles. Dora’s 20+ years’ experience have helped her gain knowledge and practical experience with legal processes in areas that include knowledge management, practice economics, legal research, and process/document automation.
Dustin Davis spent 20+ years in the legal industry prior to ECFX. He worked as a litigation paralegal at Paul Weiss before specializing in sales. Dustin worked for Thomson Reuters for 11 years, selling 3E to large law firms and, subsequently, selling ProLaw to mid-size firms. During his time there, Dustin made President’s Club on two occasions.
Dustin chose to make the move to ECFX as a result of conversations with several [ECFX] clients whom he says not only spoke very highly of the product itself, but also of the customer service and professionalism the clients felt the organization possessed. “It was clear that ECFX is a client-focused organization, and the clients really feel passionately about the organization. I wanted to assist in growing a company that puts clients first and provides a technological advantage to litigators that can allow them and their teams to be more focused on their clients”.
ECFX was founded by legal and technology experts with a single goal: to address unmet automation needs in the legal industry. It is committed to filling in gaps in legal workflows with intelligently automated solutions, enabling firms to save time, gain control, mitigate risk, and improve visibility. Its premier product, ECFX Notice, automates the downloading, profiling, storing, and distribution of court documents in ECF notices for both State and Federal courts—saving firms hundreds of hours a week to focus on the work clients value.
