When retaining Golden Law Office, the citizens of Eastern Kentucky can be comforted to know that they will have legal representation that appreciates their perspective. Eastern Kentucky natives Kellie Collins and Taylor Shepherd of the Golden Law Office are anchoring the firm’s expansion into Eastern Kentucky with the opening of their office in Salyersville, Kentucky. With the opening of the Salyersville office, Attorney John “Jack” Collins will become “Of Counsel” to the Golden Law Office, providing his more than 40 years of experience and knowledge of Eastern Kentucky and its courts to the clients of Golden Law Office.
From the start of the Magoffin County High School Football Team to the pageantry of Founders’ Day to the tragedy of the tornadoes of March 2, 2012, Kellie and Taylor have shared in the experiences of Magoffin County and its residents. They, along with their colleagues at the Golden Law Office, look forward to assisting those in Eastern Kentucky hurt through no fault of their own. Having worked for many of the nation’s largest insurance companies, Golden Law Office offers a unique perspective as to how insurance companies adjust claims from Eastern Kentucky. Kellie, Taylor and the rest of the Golden Law Office look forward to putting that information and experience to work for citizens of Salyersville and beyond.
“We are excited to expand our practice and bring our aggressive litigation strategy to help those in Eastern Kentucky and hardworking individuals injured while on the job. While we have always handled and will continued to aggressively handle cases in Eastern Kentucky, our new Salyersville Office will allow us to effectively expand our reach. More importantly, our partner Kellie Collins and associate Taylor Shepard were both born and raised in Magoffin County and look forward their return home.” – Justin Peterson, Partner at Golden Law Office
As part of the expansion, Golden Law Office has also added a workers’ compensation practice to our law firm. Our lawyers will stand up for workers who have been hurt on the job and deserve benefits to help them with the healing process. We know how overwhelming injuries and medical bills can be for a family. We’ll fight for the people of Kentucky to recover their workers’ compensation benefits so they can move forward.
