January 10, 2022 (PRINCETON, N.J.) – Colella Zefutie LLC (“CZ Law”) is pleased to announce that seasoned business client advocate and trial lawyer, Anthony J. Laura, is joining the firm. Mr. Laura brings 35 years of trial experience in the areas of employment law, financial services litigation, and general commercial matters.
CZ Law Co-Founders Ugo Colella and John Zefutie, along with Partner Alan Dickey, worked with Mr. Laura at the former law firm of Patton Boggs. “I’m thrilled that Anthony is joining our firm. Mr. Laura joins CZ Law from Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., where he was a partner and of counsel since 2014. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Laura serves as Chief Legal Officer of a metals and mining company, which gives him real-world insight into client needs and expectations, including how to effectively price legal services and add value to the general counsel suite.
Prior to Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., Mr. Laura was a partner in the New Jersey office of the large international law firm Patton Boggs LLP, where he focused on financial services and commercial litigation, employment law, government response and investigations, litigation and dispute resolution, toxic torts, and products liability matters. Before that, Mr. Laura was a partner at the top-15 international law firm of Reed Smith and served as head of the firm’s New Jersey Trial Practice Group.
