The 12 New Fellows Considered Experts in the Industry; Span from Singapore to New York
AUSTIN, TX – The College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA), a professional, collegial organization established in 2001, celebrates and advocates excellence in the field of commercial arbitration – in the US and internationally – inducts 12 Fellows into its invitation-only society. The latest inductees add to more than 200 of the top commercial arbitrators in the industry.
“Our new Fellows bring expertise in every area of domestic and international dispute resolution,” said John R. Holsinger, CollArb, CCA president. “From lawyers to judges, our class of 2021 is among the most diverse yet in terms of their background and experience,” he added.

The CCA both defines and promotes the highest standards of arbitrator ethics, standards of conduct, and best practices in alternative dispute resolution. “As a non-profit, one of our main goals is to educate the public, businesses and lawyers about trending topics and best practices in commercial arbitration and mediation,” said Holsinger. “Those who depend on commercial arbitration as a primary means of alternative dispute resolution will benefit the most from our resources.”
One of those resources the CCA will offer is an upcoming complimentary webinar. “Using the Pre-Hearing Conference to Win Your Commercial Arbitration” will take place October 1, 2021 at 12p ET. The 90-minute panel discussion will be the first in a series of free educational sessions. To learn more and register, please visit https://bit.ly/CCAwebseries1.
