Lease options for owners of cottages and villas
“Can I lease out my apartment or villa when I’m not using it?” is among the most commonly asked inquiries we get. Yes! If our owners choose to stay with us part-time, they can rent out their properties at Margaretville Cottages Orlando. RENTYL and V Stays are two of our authorized property management firms. If you rent your cottage/villa, they will handle everything from maintenance to marketing for you! Fees vary, so you’ll need to get in touch with them directly for details. Rental visitors will not enjoy resort amenities if they do not use one of our approved firms. It takes 6-7 months to build a house there.
