Gateway Real Estate Africa (GREA), a private real estate development company specializing in turnkey construction in Africa, today announced the construction of its first building of commercial offices located in Appolonia City , Ghana . It is a new inclusive mixed-use city in Greater Accra 20 kilometers from the center of the capital.
The Grade A retail complex will provide business offices and retail space and will be anchored by Appolonia City, where it will house its headquarters and sales office. Four million US dollars will be invested to complete the first phase of this project.
With completion scheduled for 2022, the four-story building will benefit from the City of Appolonia’s existing world-class infrastructure in the form of roads, energy, water, waste management and ICT.
