SAN JOSE, Calif. (April 13, 2021) – The City of Saint Paul, MN has partnered with OpenGov, the leader in modern cloud ERP software for our nation’s cities, counties, and state agencies, to update its permitting and licensing processes via OpenGov Citizen Services.
The City will roll out its online service offerings in phases, beginning with animal licencing followed by business licensing and permitting. Applicants will soon be able to apply online, receive real-time feedback on their applications, and track the status of their requests through a single digital portal.
