SAN JOSE, Calif. (April 6, 2021) – The City of Englewood, CO is expanding its partnership with OpenGov, the leader in modern cloud ERP software for our nation’s cities, counties, and state agencies, to improve its budgeting and planning workflows. OpenGov Budgeting & Planning will replace the City’s current capital budgeting process and approval steps, which historically have been managed via Microsoft Excel and Word.
OpenGov Budgeting & Planning will provide a centralized budgeting process, preserve a cloud-based historical record, enable multi-year scenario planning, and deliver useful reporting to residents and employees.
“Englewood has already achieved greater engagement among employees and residents via our Reporting & Transparency software, and we’re excited to continue working with the City as it looks to evolve its budgeting and planning for improved efficiency,” said OpenGov Senior Director of North American Sales Eric DiProspero.
