Veoci, a leader in response software, process automation, and team collaboration and communication, announces that Christopher Ford has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Partnerships.
Ford brings many years of experience in technology to this new role. His career focus has been on providing communications, collaboration, and productivity solutions to clients of all sizes, and aligning with strategic partners to help grow the business and deliver better client experiences. Ford began his sales career with the legendary IBM sales organization, selling a wide range of solutions, including the Lotus Notes products. Most recently, he was VP of Business Development for Mersive Technologies, focused on technology alliances; Ford has also been a leader at Microsoft, Polycom, and Pexip. He has a deep understanding of the collaboration and communication spaces, and what organizations need from computer technology to get their work done.
Veoci has established its position as the technology leader in crisis and emergency management, business continuity, and daily operations software, with marquee customers in the Fortune 500, State and Local Government, Institutes of Higher Education, K-12, Hospitals and Healthcare (including hundreds of Covid-19 solutions), Aviation, and Utilities.
Along the way, Veoci has proven that its no-code platform, on which all its applications are built, offers a significant advantage over products that require programming knowledge, empowering customers to rapidly deploy and update their solutions to deal with different scenarios and how they evolve.
With the solid technology and support base in place, as the leader of Sales at Veoci, Ford will play a critical role in accelerating growth with its culture of continuous innovation to current customers and new customers as well. Most importantly, as the leader of Partnerships, Ford will also accelerate alliances for world-class solutions that can help these partners lead in their domains, much as Veoci has done with its focus thus far.
“I have been a friend of the company, following Veoci’s vision since they began 10 years ago, and have deep respect for what they do to help communities and businesses,” Ford said. “The Veoci ‘idea’ already has a dominant presence in a number of product areas across several sectors and industries, and I’m eager to continue building on that foundation to show how this new and powerful paradigm can truly make a difference. Veoci is the right vision, the right idea, the right product at the right time for the IT industry to deliver secure, world-class solutions from the cloud.”
Veoci has been a consistent leader in computing technology. Designed from the get-go as a cloud-based, no-code platform for rapid solution delivery, the system comes fully integrated with services such as maps, telephony, messaging, and conferencing (including video). Today, Veoci continues to stay ahead by doing the extra work needed to stay adaptable, incorporating the latest innovations, and being at the forefront of new paradigms in software development.
“Chris’ arrival is an important milestone for Veoci,” Dr. Sukh Grewal, CEO of Veoci, said. “He joins us at a time of market acceptance of our vision and product. His leadership will be a critical component in continuing that growth and fulfilling our mission to strengthen communities and help organizations ensure continuity and resilience.”
