Avani has been with Fears Nachawati Law Firm for 13 years and is a licensed attorney. Since joining the firm in 2008 as a legal assistant, her role expanded over the years beyond legal work to business operations. Avani served as Director of Operations for the law firm for 8 years and gained a deep understanding of every aspect of the firm’s business operations. In her 13 years with Fears Nachawati, Avani has helped the firm grow to over 150 team members. During Avani’s tenure on the leadership team, Fears Nachawati expanded operations to serve clients nationwide in a variety of practice areas including mass torts, intellectual property, business law, class actions, and personal injury, among others. Avani is passionate about helping clients and advocating for the rights of people and businesses who need fearless representation. As COO, Avani will manage the firm’s day-to-day operations and execute the firm’s growth strategies.

Avani graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Honors in the Business Foundations Program. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
