HOUSTON (Jan. 4, 2021) – BoyarMiller announces the election of three senior associates –Lauren Black, Christopher Burt, and Lyndsay Fincher – to shareholders of the firm effective January 1, 2021.

Lauren Black joined the firm in 2015. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, and she handles all manners of contractual, employment, partnership, trade secrets, and other disputes.
Christopher Burt joined BoyarMiller in 2019 through the firm’s acquisition of Young, Graves & Burt. His practice focuses on probate, wills, estate, and trust litigation.
Lyndsay Fincher joined the firm’s Business Group in 2013. She represents clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial real estate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raises, corporate formation and restructuring, and acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of real estate.
