The Connecticut Law Tribune Names IMS as Winner in Two Categories of 2020 ‘Best Of New England’ Awards
Pensacola, Fla. | The Connecticut Law Tribune announced today the winners of its annual ‘Best Of New England’ reader favorites awards. IMS ExpertServices is recognized as a 2020 award recipient in two categories of the rankings, including Top Three for Best Expert Witness Provider and Top Winner for Best Trial Presentation/’Hot Seat’ Consulting.
The Connecticut Law Tribune was founded in 1975 to deliver news and discussion relevant to the New England legal community. The annual ‘Best Of’ awards are designed to help The Tribune’s readers identify and recognize the most valued and trusted service providers and partners across numerous categories of legal brands, products, and solutions.
“We are grateful to have earned the trust of the top firms and attorneys throughout the New England community with the best-aligned expertise, tools, and context they need to advance their cases,” remarked James Crane, Chief Revenue Officer of IMS. “We take pride in helping our clients throughout Boston and greater New England connect with the expertise and trial consulting services they need. It feels affirming to have the region’s commercial litigation community rely on us to help them navigate the context of COVID-19, and to see the community recognize our dedication to them through these awards.”
With deep experience rooted in more than 20,000 cases and well over 1,000 trials, IMS has been delivering consultative trial and expert services to top litigators in areas including expert witness recruitment and management, trial graphics, trial presentation, jury research, and trial strategy. As the COVID-19 pandemic has brought disruption across the courts and the practices of the firm’s clientele, IMS has become a leader in helping clients adapt to remote court events and trial presentation, remote jury research, and ensure the context of COVID-19 is fully considered as they advance their cases.
The firm has been recognized with awards from leading publications throughout the legal industry, including recognition by The National Law Journal in six categories of its ‘Best Of 2020’ awards, by Corporate Counsel Magazine in eight categories of its ‘Best Of 2019’ awards, and by The National Law Review in its two most recent years of the prestigious ‘Go-To Thought Leader’ awards.
The methodology for selection of the ‘Best Of New England’ annual awards includes a nominations process for all award categories and a period of voting by The Tribune’s readers and stakeholders throughout the region’s legal community, with final analysis and winner rankings developed by The Tribune.
The 2020 ‘Best Of New England’ award winners and rankings across dozens of categories are published in the current edition of The Connecticut Law Tribune. The edition also features a thought leadership article from IMS ExpertServices, with discussion on the implications of COVID-19 for trial presentation and advancing cases amid the uncertainty of remote court events and safety restrictions.
