ARBITRATOR INTELLIGENCE INC
OFFERS ARBITRATOR INTELLIGENCE REPORTS FOR SALE
PENNSYLVANIA, JULY 15, 2020 – Arbitrator Intelligence Inc announced that it will offer its first “Arbitrator Intelligence Reports” for sale via its website (www.arbitratorintelligence.com). The availability of Arbitrator Intelligence Reports represents another landmark in the growth of Arbitrator Intelligence and a long-awaited technological upgrade for the arbitrator selection process.
Arbitrator Intelligence Reports provide users, for the first time, with previously unavailable, but highly valuable, data-driven insights regarding arbitrators’ case management and decision making. These specialized insights will enable users to make more informed and predictable decisions in selecting arbitrators.
Quantitative and qualitative feedback for Arbitrator Intelligence Reports is collected from users and counsel at the conclusion of individual arbitrations through an anonymous online questionnaire called the “Arbitrator Intelligence Questionnaire” or “AIQ.” Arbitrator Intelligence compiles the anonymized data collected through the AIQ to produce individual Arbitrator Intelligence Reports that are now available through Arbitrator Intelligence’s website.
Below is a graphic overview of the process:
Arbitrator Intelligence Reports allow members of the arbitration community to start their arbitrator research with key data on crucial issues, to find the right arbitrator for their dispute, to obtain insights about other arbitrators sitting on the tribunal, and to develop case strategy based on a nuanced understanding of the tribunal’s decisional history.
Arbitrator Intelligence has an exclusive Membership Program, which entitles subscribed Members to receive substantial discounts on Arbitrator Intelligence Reports in exchange for providing feedback via AIQs. Membership is free and prospective members can obtain further information here.
“Arbitrator Intelligence Reports are both a natural evolution from the recent spate of arbitrator-related transparency reforms and a disruptive innovation that will help reshape the market for international arbitrators. Our Reports will enable parties and counsel to identify more efficiently and effectively the best arbitrators for their disputes.” said Catherine Rogers, Founder and CEO of Arbitrator Intelligence.
Gary B. Born, Chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP and President of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Court of Arbitration said: “Arbitrator Intelligence Reports are a technological and informational upgrade to make arbitrator appointments more predictable and the arbitral process even more effective.”
Arbitrator Intelligence is working in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer. Arbitrator Intelligence Reports will supplement and support Wolters Kluwer’s arbitrator tool and library of premier international arbitration resources.
“Arbitrator Intelligence will increase the transparency and diversity of arbitration proceedings by making available state-of-the-art data on arbitrators to the arbitration community. Wolters Kluwer has supported this important initiative from its inception and is delighted that the first reports are now available” said Gwen de Vries, Director, Market Development & Publishing, Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory International Group.
