The View at Old City Offering 3 Months Free Rent Plus Other Perks for New Lessees
Philadelphia, PA — With Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf signing an executive order allowing the resumption of home showings, appraisals, inspections and other real estate transactions yesterday, a luxury apartment building in the City of Brotherly Love’s Old City neighborhood with a plethora of state-of-the-art amenities has introduced an unprecedented move-in offer.
The View at Old City, one of Philly’s newest eco-friendly apartment residences, is trying to ease the financial strain of new tenants by offering a $99 move-in special that comes with three months of free rent. In addition, new residents will be treated to a special “surviving the quarantine” welcome package, which includes complimentary bottles of Revivalist Spirits’ Equinox Gin and Resurgent Bourbon, a $50 gift certificate to Karma Indian Restaurant, and a 750 ML bottle of hand sanitizer.

The View at Old City contains 216 apartment homes with premium kitchens and in-unit washers & dryers, 140 access controlled parking spaces, and first-class amenities on the corner of 4th and Race Streets. Residences range in price from $1,589 to $3,974 per month for 441 to 1,254 square feet.
These elegantly modern apartment homes boast spectacular views of the city and the Ben Franklin Bridge.
