Optimum offers an enterprise eDiscovery workflow automation solution for RelativityOne users
Chicago, IL– May 16, 2020 – Vertical Discovery, a developer partner of Relativity, today announced that its flagship eDiscovery automation application Optimum™ is fully compatible and integrated with RelativityOne.
For the first time, corporations can utilize Optimum to unify all of the operational steps in the left side of the EDRM process to view and manage that entire process from a single dashboard. Optimum eliminates the manual and error prone aspects of eDiscovery for simple execution by legal operations, by enabling end-to-end automation and full integration with RelativityOne. Optimum’s powerful template-driven process allows legal operations to select the appropriate workflow from the start of the matter, ensuring automated consistency along every step. Through this unified approach, Optimum enables the automating of unique case management, legal holds, preservations, collection and processing specifications of any in-house team, driving high quality workflows and dramatically significantly less manual intervention.
In additional to eDiscovery process automation workflow, Optimum facilitates and manages the transfer of sensitive data forensically collected from the corporate network or cloud to RelativityOne. Optimum’s single-click solution provides a unified user experience empowering corporate legal teams to have full control on the workflow as well as customization to fit their internal eDiscovery workflow.
“Our customers now have a powerful end-to-end workflow automation and can seamlessly connect and transfer the data onto RelativityOne. Our extensive dashboarding enables our clients to track status and statistics at every step in the process,” said Anil Kona, CEO of Vertical Discovery. “This will help our clients to achieve new levels of ownership over these complicated eDiscovery processes”
“The team at Vertical Discovery has deep expertise in e-Discovery, especially in automating left-hand side EDRM steps, while also tuning the process to the exact needs of each corporation,” said Drew Deitch, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Relativity. “Optimum will make managing the e-Discovery process easier for corporations and will benefit review teams once the data hits RelativityOne, helping them discover the truth in the cloud even faster and more efficiently.”
Optimum is now available in the Relativity App Hub, which includes applications and integrations built by Relativity developer partners. With more than 124 apps now available, the App Hub gives users the ability to pick and choose the solutions that best suit their unique workflows across different stages of the e-discovery process—and solve data challenges outside e-discovery.
