MCS leverages RelativityOne experience in migrating data to expand Relativity service offering.
May 11, 2020 – PHILADELPHIA – The MCS Group, Inc., today announced it has become a RelativityOne Approved Data Migration Partner. Approved Data Migration Partners are approved to support and understand RelativityOne standard practices for data migration. Such partners may implement expanded or enhanced offerings of value for data migrations, including but not limited to customized workflows or applications.
Clients wishing to migrate their e-Discovery operations to the cloud can be presented with a number of challenges they may not be ready for, such as inconsistent data structures, varying levels of security and compliance, tight timelines, and bandwidth issues. MCS helps to address those issues with a combination of certified Relativity engineers with years of experience in both Relativity and RelativityOne, proven workflows, and custom processes that help in the process of getting workspaces ready for the cloud.
MCS believes the key to successful migrations is proper documentation of the existing environment up front to ensure that every aspect of the workspace has been successfully migrated, including workspace data, productions, scripts, custom applications, and user testing.

These scenarios are challenging and require strong analysis and troubleshooting to pass. Partners must also maintain regular feedback loops with Relativity.
