Acclaimed for her administrative and organizational skills, Meredith Richards is a graduate of UNC Greensboro, and has extensive experience in bookkeeping, accounting analysis and account management. As a key part of Carolina Digital Phone’s Account Payables team, Meredith will be responsible for calculating and posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data, communicating with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders, and other related duties.

Born and raised in Thomasville, North Carolina, and known throughout the community as a dedicated family man and active volunteer with his church, Eric Lyon has more than 12 years of experience in the telecommunications field, and holds multiple network certifications. He has also served as Chief Engineer in the design and installation of numerous VoIP projects. As VoIP Technical Support Engineer, Eric will help Carolina Digital Phone’s customers resolve challenges and exploit opportunities so they can get the most performance, functionality and value from their cloud-based telephone system and related peripherals.

A long-time resident of the Piedmont Triad, Neil Matson graduated from UNC Greensboro with a degree in Broadcast/Communications, and spent over 25 years in commercial radio including 16 years as Promotions/Marketing Director for Dick Broadcasting Company. During his time at Apple Retail, Neil honed his customer service skills along with gaining experience in technical support and training. As Client Support, Acquisition & Retention Marketing Manager, Neil will be responsible for growing Carolina Digital Phone’s presence on social media, as well as providing complete solutions for customers.
