A Clinch County, Georgia, man has been imprisoned on charges of making terroristic dangers, however, the March 20 capture wasn’t his first a week ago.
Reinaldo Pineda, 69, was captured on March 17 and accused of inhumanity after an observation video indicated him engaging in physical relations with a chicken, the Clinch County News announced.
Secure County Sheriff’s Department Investigator James Smith told the News that he had affirmed the man found in the February 26 video was, actually, Pineda.
