(NYSE: MDC), one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, today announced that its board of directors has declared a 10% increase in the quarterly cash dividend, from thirty cents ($0.30) to thirty-three cents ($0.33) per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 to shareholders of record on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
