The Lost Corridors is a set of 3d printable decors for board games, 25mm scale action figures and tabletop rpg.
It is a virtual product delivered in STL files, ready for print, without support and compatible with any home printer using PLA bioplastics.
The professions of our team are diverse. They range from audiovisual production to multimedia creation, teaching, screenwriting, computer graphics and 3D modeling.
Moreover, we are all players of board games and role playing, for some since 1981. This is how we naturally created this project by putting our passions in common.
This project is our first Kickstarter but we have in our suitcases so many ideas in preparation that, for us, the adventure is just beginning.
We humbly begin this first project, hoping that you will be part of this incredible adventure and we are very happy to see it launched after several months of work, creation and passion.
The “Dungeons Factory” range is designed for gamers, those who like to paint their characters and sets, but it is particularly suited to the game masters.
Being ourselves players, we know that it is not always easy to assemble many landscape tiles during a role play session.
We want to make our different packs scalable and practical, while remaining economical. The game masters must often be effective and they are the ones who spend the most money on games, equipment, books, props and action figures.
Whether model makers, figure painters, or simply playing epic adventures for their role-playing team, the 25mm printable tiles are perfect for creating the dark dungeon plan in which the characters venture. . .
Note: The decor elements are not physical objects but STL files ready to print in PLA on a 3d printer.
The project includes two basic offers and three progressive steps.
The basic and advanced sets are particularly suitable for fast games, with simple placement of floor plans.
The first level, “The Silent rooms” contains the two basic offers and enriches it with additional soils. This pack can be used to create all the floor plans you need.
The upper level, “Sanctuary of the Shadows” adds a brand new system of modifiable tiles. You can assemble columns, sarcophagus, lectern or basin at the same floor tile. You gain as much in printing time as in manipulation during the game.
Obviously, the previous offers are included in this pack.
The latest offer, “The Elder Pillars” is perfect for anyone who wants more immersion and atmosphere. With the addition of walls, doors and passages for your figurines, you will be able to offer fully 3D rooms to your players.
All the previous offers are included in this pack.
The basic set contains five floor tiles to print. All forms offer an immense variety of combinations to make corridors and small rooms.
The advanced set contains five new types of floor tiles to print. You can choose this offer independently or in addition to the basic set.
The “Silent rooms” set contains the two previous offers (basic and advanced).
Adds two large room tiles, including the Spider floor, a narrow hallway and a staircase. This is the ideal offer to recreate all the floor plans of your adventure. With the extra block of passage, you have a door to the entrance of your rooms.
This second stage incorporates a brand new system of modular tiles (2×2 square). Depending on your needs, choose to fit a column, a lectern or a basin and replace them easily.
The large tile (4×2 square)supports a throne (not included) or a sarcophage.
This set contains the two previous offers (basic and advanced). and the “Silent Rooms” set.
This pack is the complete set of dungeon tiles from the “The Lost Corridors” series. It integrates the previous offers and contains no less than twelve new pieces.
With “The Elder Pillars”, you transform your floor plans into real 3d decors. Build your rooms with ancient stone walls, arcades, wooden doors that can open and close, assemble them with OpenLock clips and go on fabulous adventures.
All participants who have ordered the “The Elder Pillars” will receive a mini adventure in PDF format for fantasy tabletop RGP.
This scenario, from the future series “Stories on the Run”, is developed by our team for this Kickstarter. The plans of the places are specially designed to work with our tiles to print.
Print your tiles in 3d, and play this aventure to your team of players.
If the goal of the project is exceeded, stretchgoals will be unlocked and will be available depending on the level of commitment.
One of the many benefits of the OpenLock system is compatibility. You will find in the table below, some of the codes of Openlock parts that serve as a reference to Dungeon Factory elements.
The intellectual property of the creations of the Dungeon Factory range is protected by deposit (National Registration Number: DSO2019017868 – Inpi).
Reproduction of stl files is allowed in the personal setting.
The sale of printed models is prohibited except with prior agreement.
Openlock is an open-source scenery nuilding system developped by www.printablescenery.com.
There is no risk to engage. Indeed, the totality of the pieces of the different sets is already realized. The test patterns were printed, tested and painted. The prototypes have even been used for role play games to make the product the easiest to use by the Game Masters. No problem of delivery either, since the Dungeon Factory tiles are downloadable. These are virtual products in STL format, which is a standard file format for any 3D printing. An entry-level home printer is enough to make the decorations with a standard configuration.
