Hello my name is Osmond L. Malcolm Jr and I am a chef. I have been a chef for over 20 years. My dream and goal is to open a restaurant where authentic Cajun and Creole meals will be served. Meal such as gumbo, jambalaya, chicken and sausage, sweet potato cheesecake, Hickory doorstops, blackened catfish, blackened chicken, blackened Shrimp, Po Boy’s and other New Orleans dishes.

Here i am the head chef and have already wrote recipes which i am very proud to say are great sellers. All of my meals are made from scratch.
