My name is Madison Mello and I am the inventor of What’s in the pantry? I am a 21 year old college student who loves to spend my free time learning new recipes and cooking for my friends and family.
As my cooking skills grew, I ran into problems of not knowing what to cook, and not wanting to cook the same old meal. I’d get home from work at 5 and be too exhausted to go to the store, that’s when I thought of the perfect idea: a recipe app where YOU enter in the ingredients you already have in your pantry, and it researches a database of recipes, and tells you what you can cook with the ingredients you already have, saving you time, money, and a trip to the grocery store!
This application is going to be free on the App Store and Google play store for iOS and Android devices!
The app has been in development for about 2 months, and the prototype is finally complete! Now I need your help to get my app onto the market, for you to use and love!
With your help, What’s in the pantry? Will be released onto iOS and Android platforms within a year!
Don’t forget to check out my website to learn more and sign up for email alerts, to be notified of when the app launches!

Thank you for believing in me!
As with any startup, any dream, or any project, there are risks and this will be a long and challenging road. In the case that I do not meet my funding goal, or I no longer have the means to launch my app, I will personally reach out to all donors, and give them the choice of refunding their donation, or donating these funds to Action Against Hunger. But, with the help of you guys, I am not worried about a thing!
