This app will focus on paced cadence runs.( still determining how we want this vision to come true). Front leaning rest(push Ups) , Sit Ups, Flutter kicks. We will then have some un monitored options such as pull ups and everyones favorite Burpee!
We will be working on creating a rewards system that allows users to want to return daily and maintain healthy lifestyle choices, while on a constant day to day grind.
SOme things we are still working on figuring out how to incorporate is
—Exercises that can be done on shift
—meal options( maybe even food service) based on fast paced meals.
— a way to assist with day to day mental stress in short little portions
making it able to eventually be cross platform
