Below you will find a sample of two cards from each of the four Suits – Citadels, Chaos, Fish and Trees. Each Suit is comprised of 14 cards (2-10, Ace, Knave, Knight, Queen and King).
Add-ons and Extra Decks
As you can see from out stretch goals, some of them are add-ons. To add an add-on to your pledge, or to pledge for additional Decks, please follow these steps:
After the Kickstarter campaign has ended, you will receive a Backer Survey that will ask you questions in order for you to explain how you would like the add-on money assigned.
For example: If you backed at the Grim Tarock pledge level (£15) and wanted to add the Art Book (£10), you need to add £10 to your pledge for a total of £25 (plus the shipping amount for your particular region, listed on the pledge you have backed). After the Kickstarter, you can then confirm in the backer survey that you would like the additional £10 to be assigned to the Art Book add-on!
Add-on Shipping
If you want to add one Art Book and/or Art Print to your pledge, you do not need to pay any extra for shipping. If you want to add multiple copies of the Art Book or extra decks, please drop me a message so that I can work out how much the shipping will cost. We want to charge the minimum amount for shipping, so you don’t have to pay any more than you need to. It is therefore important to create bespoke shipping costs for larger pledges.

Shipping
Costs for postage & packaging are calculated and added to your pledge, depending on where you are in the world. We have tried to keep the shipping costs to you as low as possible, and these costs are based upon size and weight of the deck of cards (a 78-card deck on 300gsm board is both bigger and heavier than your standard deck of playing cards), plus factoring in packaging:
Your Grim Tarock (and any applicable stretch goals) will be carefully packed for protection in transit. Delivery will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class in the UK, or International Standard (not tracked) for International backers. If anyone would like Tracked delivery, please get in touch and I can find out how much this would cost you to your region.
We have set a sensible, achievable funding goal that covers all the production costs for these wonderful art cards, and they should be delivered well before the expected delivery time of May 2020. All artwork has been submitted and proofed and is just awaiting final quantities. Most risks and challenges stem from production and shipping, but we have properly calculated timelines with our printer to ensure backers will get their project delivered within a timely manner.
We do not foresee any major risks. The only challenge would be if the project massively over-funds, but that is a challenge we would thoroughly enjoy!
