The business valuation and dispute consulting professionals at Vallit Advisors are pleased to announce the addition of Zach C. Reichenbach, CFA and CPA/ABV/CFF, as the newest Director to the firm. Reichenbach will be working primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. This growth further solidifies Vallit’s presence in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. markets.
Reichenbach’s well-rounded, diverse industry experience makes him a valuable asset to the firm. Prior to joining Vallit Advisors, Reichenbach was a member and Principal in Ellin & Tucker’s Forensic and Valuation Services Group since 2008, where he worked closely with one of Vallit’s Managing Members, R. Christopher Rosenthal. Reichenbach has personally worked on hundreds of complex cases—his extensive litigation expertise includes, but is not limited to, developing and defending damage claims in breach of contract and intellectual property cases, preparing damage models for lost profits and lost value damage measurements and providing forensic accounting analysis.
“We are looking forward to having Zach Reichenbach on our team,” said Christopher Rosenthal, a Managing Member at Vallit Advisors, “I have had the opportunity to see the intelligence and intentionality that he puts into all of his work and I am excited to have the chance to collaborate with him again. He brings with him a long list of notable credentials that will prove valuable to our firm as we continue in our mission to best serve our clients”
Reichenbach has a detailed background in the valuation of privately-held equity and debt, and is also fluent in the valuation of limited partnership and member interests for family limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Reichenbach has also accrued years of experience in handling bankruptcy matters including working with significant financial institutions, creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matter claims and analyzing debtor value for reorganization purposes.
Reichenbach is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the AIPCA Forensics and Valuation Services Section. He is also a member of the Committee and Co-Chair on the MACPA Forensics and Valuation Services Committee, the President of the CFA Society of Baltimore for the 2019-2020 term, a member of the CFA Institute and a member of the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council.
