Prior to joining the social media marketing world, Jan Rezab worked for 8 years in the mobile content / services business as President / CEO of Redboss.
Martin Homolka is the Chief technology officer and Co-founder of Socialbakers where he is responsible for the development.
Martin is responsible for the analytics platform that deals with huge amount of data on daily basis. Martin is also responsible for the scalable database and server solutions.
Prior to Socialbakers, Martin worked as CTO of local webdesign studio icontact.cz.
Vincent Camara is Sr. Director and Head of Sales at Socialbakers where he leads the go-to-market strategy for France.
Prior to Socialbakers Vincent led the Business Development team at Techlightenment, a social technology company later acquired by Experian.
Vincent has over 12 years international sales and marketing, business development and account management experience. He has taken senior responsibility in a multitude of roles, across all areas of business and at various phases of business growth. His passion for innovation in technology, music and film led him to start Intruders tv, a European Web Video network covering innovation.
Alexander Raiman is responsible for Sales and Marketing Operations with Socialbakers, providing the entire sales team with procedure, reports in order to help them perform.
Prior to Socialbakers, Alexander lead a successful turnaround of a medical goods retailing company, earned his MSc. from the London School of Economics and was trained as an officer for two years with the Germany Armed Forces.
David Brozik is the Development Manager at Socialbakers where he is responsible for all software development processes and he is also the Project Director of the Socialbakers main product AnalyticsPRO.
Prior to Socialbakers, David was gaining experiences in the field of software development on various positions in different companies like Panasonic or Pilsner Urquell. Besides software development David worked in Marketing & Sales department for a small company that builds custom software for their customers where he was responsible for developing marketing strategies for gaining new orders.
Ljuba Kotaskova is the Account Director of Socialbakers’ agency division Candytech responsible for new business and building long term relationship with local as well as global clients.
Before Socialbakers, she spent 2 years in internet advertising agency Publicis Modem creating online strategies and leading online projects for such clients as Danone or Microsoft. Prior to Publicis, Ljuba worked in Online Marketing department for Microsoft Czech Republic where she was responsible for the regional web presentation and customer satisfaction.
Cesar Christoforidis is the Director of ROW at Socialbakers where he leads a team of international territory managers in key markets: LATAM, APAC, Middle East and Southern Europe. Responsible for executing geographical expansion strategy over the next 2 years. Previously he led a team of digital consultants as Sales Director UK & EMEA for Experian Hitwise, one of the world’s leading online marketing intelligence tools. Prior to Hitwise, Cesar successfully developed new revenue channels and markets for the world’s oldest newspaper Lloyd’s List.
Eva Skorepova is Finance Director, responsible for financial operations.
Prior to Socialbakers, Eva was Finance Director of Remy Cointreau CR,SR(a distributor of well known bevarages brands like Remy Martin, Cointreau, Campari, Jaegermaster, Metaxa, Bols, etc.). Before Eva spent 3,5 years at Adobe as Finance Manager of EE, utilizing her 12-years experience as Finace Manager of EE at Autodesk, being with this company from the very beginning start-up phase since early 90s and participating on its expansion in both Czechia, Slovakia and Central Europe. Eva has a long term proven track of experience in economics, finance, tax, trade and labour law.
Jan Hammer is a Partner at Index Ventures, having joined the London office in October 2010. His focus is on growth stage investments across a range of technology sub-sectors. Among the companies Jan currently works with at Index are Adyen, Just Eat, Socialbakers, Zendesk and Zuora. Jan is particularly interested in Financial Services and Information Services across all stages.
Prior to joining Index, Jan worked at General Atlantic in London, where he was involved with investments with Kaspersky Lab, CompuGROUP, Northgate Information Solutions and Torex Retail. Before joining General Atlantic, Jan worked at Morgan Stanley in M&A, TMT, and Capital Markets divisions in London and New York.
Jan holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, and is a graduate of Oxford University.

Jeremy is a Senior Director at Socialbakers and heads up the UK and Ireland region. Based out of the Socialbakers London office he is responsible for expansion of the region, building out the team and ensuring customer success.
Prior to Socialbakers, Jeremy was a Sales Director at CRM vendor RightNow Technologies, where he spent 7 years growing the EMEA region prior to acquisition by Oracle Corporation in late 2011. Prior to RightNow, Jeremy held various senior sales roles in leading software organisations.
As Director of Communications of Socialbakers, Laura Grigerova is responsible for content creation and content dissemination, and communication with the news media and other external audiences.
Prior to joining Socialbakers in 2011, Laura served as PR and marketing manager for MaxPraga, which represents brands of MaxMara Fashion Group. Responsible for six fashion brands, Laura managed media relations, focused on market growth strategies, building brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Martin is a Managing Partner and the founder of Runway Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm. Runway works with great teams in both early-stage and growth-stage companies. Martin looks for opportunities where his passion for providing hands-on help and advice can be merged with the desire and passion of the team to build an extraordinary business.
Prior to starting his investment firm, Martin founded and ran a successful turnaround consulting company based in San Francisco. From 2001- 2003, in the post internet bubble, Martin and his team advised venture capital firms on their portfolio companies including taking Interim CEO and COO roles. The firm’s clients included Mayfield, Soros, Norwest, Weisel, JPMorgan CP, Oak, NEA, TCV, Bain Capital, and Pequot.
Prior to coming to San Francisco, Martin spent four years as a Principal in the Private Equity group of Credit Suisse First Boston in London and New York.
Egon Wilcsek, Senior Regional Director since February 2012 responsible for Central and Northern Europe. Previously, he was responsible for 4 years in the Omniture Business Unit of Adobe as Channel Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. In his 7 years at Siebel Systems, most recently as director of marketing, he experienced online marketing from his early beginnings and also gained national and international experience in various disciplines, such as public relations, reference marketing or lead generation.
Klara Gojisova is the HR Director at Socialbakers where she heads recruitment processes, L&D, employee relations as well as other strategic people processes.
Prior to Socialbakers, Klara worked as the HR Expert, Centre of Expertise at major Czech Bank ?esk spo?itelna preparing strategic HR plans for the bank. Prior to ?esk spo?itelna, Klara was HR Officer (generalist) at the head office of Bunzl plc, FTSE 100. Prior to Bunzl, Klara worked for executive search company Confidence (Stanton Chase).
Lukas is General Manager and Co-founder of Socialbakers.com, the world’s largest social media statistics portal. His key focus is managing an internal social media agency called Candytech, providing professional services and custom solutions for top its clients, who all share the passion of being on Facebook.
