Andy Ellenthal is DGs Executive Vice President of Sales and Ad Operations for both the TV and Online divisions. Andy comes to DG with deep management experience in advertising technology companies including holding key leadership roles at quadrantONE, PointRoll and DoubleClick. Prior to his current role, Andy was responsible for setting and overseeing strategy and growth in sales, clients, products and technology innovations for Peer39, which was recently acquired by DG.
Jonathan joined Peer39 from Nielsen Online where he served as VP of Research and Development responsible for key areas of the company’s core research and innovation in the area text-mining solutions and computational linguistics. Prior to his work at Nielsen, Jonathan was VP of Research and Development of Trendum (acquired by Nielsen), and worked at Microsoft’s Machine Learning and Anti-Spam Group. Before that he was an R&D group leader at Clear Forest, a leader in business solutions enabled by text extraction and text analytics (acquired by Reuters). Jonathan holds a Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University, concentrating on machine learning, text categorization and classification, and natural language processing (NLP).
Matthew joined Peer39 from Tacoda, where he was SVP, Business Operations and one of the key executives responsible for the explosive growth of the company through its acquisition by AOL in 2007. Prior to Tacoda, Matthew had been with MTV Networks since 1989 serving last as Vice President of Online Ad Operations. He was also Vice President, Business Development and Operations for Nickelodeon Online from 1997 to 2001.
James joined Peer39 from The Jerusalem Post where, as Director of New Media, he managed the strategy, implementation, and sales for JPost.com, the #1 online destination for Israel and Middle East news. James worked with Amiad Solomon to establish Peer39’s core business practices and is a key player in leveraging the company’s technological advantages to maintain and expand its competitive market edge.
Eran brings 12 years of experience in the internet space.
Before founding vCita, Eran served as VP R&D and GM of the Israeli Peer39 office, leading its growth from 5 to 50 employees.
Prior to Peer39, Eran spent 7 years with Shopping.com (an eBay company), holding several technical and managerial positions in Israel and California.
Ned Carlson is the Board Director of Xora Inc.
He is also a Managing Director of Dawntreader Ventures and has been with the team since its inception in 1998.
Prior to Dawntreader Ventures, Ned held various positions in the investment banking division of UBS Securities. During his time at UBS, he advised technology clients on all facets of the capital raising and initial public offering process.
He holds a Degree in Government from Harvard College.

Professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University, Prof. Koppel holds a Ph.D. from New York University, and is a former member at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton. Prof. Koppel is an internationally renowned expert on machine learning and its application to text retrieval problems. He has published in a variety of research journals and holds numerous patents on machine learning, natural language processing and automated software solutions that gather, extract, analyze and understand information from text.
