A Seattle native, Steve Anderson is a seed investor. Steve founded Baseline Ventures, a privately held early stage seed investor in 2006. Bringing his diverse experience from eBay, Microsoft, Kleiner Perkins, Starbucks and Digital Equipment Corporation, Steve founded Baseline to in order to help entrepreneuers build and grow their ideas into companies.

Bill Gurley has spent over 10 years as a General Partner at [Benchmark](/financial-organization/benchmark-capital). He joined in 1999 after spending two years as a partner with Hummer Winblad Venture Partners.
His current investments and board seats include, Brighter, DogVacay, GrubHub, Linden Lab / secondlife, Nextdoor, OpenTable, Sailthru, Scale Computing, Stitch Fix, Uber, and Zillow.
Before entering the venture capital business, Bill spent four years on Wall Street as a top-ranked research analyst, including three years at CS First Boston focusing on personal computer hardware and software. His research coverage included such companies as Dell, Compaq, and Microsoft.
In both 1995 and 1996, Bill was a member of the Institutional Investor All-American Research Team.
Prior to his investment career, Bill was a design engineer at Compaq Computer, where he worked on products such as the 486/50 and Compaq’s first multi-processor server.
Justin invests primarily in the Internet and mobile sectors with a focus on social media, e-commerce and enterprise software.
Justins current investments include Bloomreach, GrubHub, PetFlow and TaskRabbit. He has also been a board member or board observer for numerous successful companies including TheFind, INRIX, Adready, Magazine Radar, Oyster.com and DNA Games.
Before joining Lightspeed, Justin was a partner at Bain Capital Ventures and was responsible for launching the firms West Coast office. He was both a board of directors member and observer for a wide variety of consumer internet, enterprise software, and business services companies, including BloomReach, TheFind, Adready, INRIX, DNA Games, Oyster.com, and Magazine Radar. Before Bain Capital Ventures, Justin was at McKinsey and Co. where he served consumer and media companies in a wide range of capacities.
Justin holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Eric Colson is Chief Algorithms & Analytics Officer at a Stitch Fix. For more than 18 years, he has led data-oriented teams that span algorithms & machine learning, Big Data & data warehousing, and analytics & business intelligence. Prior to Stitch Fix Colson was Vice President of Data Science & Engineering at Netflix. He holds degrees in Information Systems, Economics, and Management Science & Engineering (in progress)
