Matthew co-founded MediaPass and serves as the companys CEO. He is responsible for the companys overall strategy for and vision of helping online publishers prosper in an environment where most cant succeed with advertising alone.
Matthew most recently served as Vice President of Finance for Like.com, the online leader in comparison shopping for soft goods.
Prior to Like.com, Matthew spent over four years as Director of Finance for Reunion.com (now MyLife). While there, he developed the process and algorithms for Reunions distribution and subscription strategy that enabled the company to grow from $3M in annual subscription revenue to over $100M. In addition to growing subscription revenue, he was responsible for all finance operations, including forecasting and planning, audit oversight, investment banking, capital structure, and budgeting.
Earlier, Matthew held various roles in finance and operations with Homestore.com (now Move, Inc.
Michael Jones the CEO of Science, an angel investor, board member and advisor to startups up and down the west coast. Mike is the former President of MySpace and former Senior Vice President of [AOL](http://www.crunchbase.com/company/aol). As founder and CEO, he built Userplane from a startup services business to an applications provider and an AOL subsidiary.
After leaving AOL Jones started Tsavo, a web media company that launched with a rumored $20m in financial backing. His time as Tsavo’s CEO was short as MySpace’s new CEO made Jones his first hire in 2009, making him COO. In February of 2010, Owen VanNatta stepped down as CEO and Newscorp promoted Jones to co-President.
Jones opened his first Web consulting business during his junior year of college, and eventually migrated his practice into PBJ Digital, a 40-person firm that served an estimated 200 companies, including Sony and UPN.
Jeff Stibel currently serves as Chairman, President and CEO of The Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. He was previously President and CEO of Web.com (NASDAQ: WWWW) and President of Website Pros (NASDAQ: WSPI). Prior to Web.com, Stibel was General Manager and SVP at United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD), a technology company that owns and operates leading web services, including NetZero, Juno, and Classmates.com. Prior to United Online, Stibel founded Simpli.com, a search engine marketing company currently owned by ValueClick (NASDAQ: VCLK). He has founded numerous companies and served on the board of directors for Web.com, Autobytel (NASDAQ: ABTL), VitaCost (NASDAQ: VITC) and several private companies, including BrainGate, The Search Agency, Zeo, and EdgeCast.
Stibel also serves on the Board of Brown University’s Entrepreneurship Program and Tufts University’s Gordon Center for Leadership.
As a serial Internet entrepreneur, Jeffrey founded MyLife.com in 2002 and is the company’s CEO and Chairman. He is responsible for the company’s overall direction and strategies toward building the leading social site to help members find and maintain personal AND work connections, all in one place as they define the Personal Relationship Management (PRM) category.
Through his direction, MyLife.com has grown consistently to more than 60 million registered members, is adding more than 2 million per month, prompting VentureBeat to write the recent article entitled, “Is MyLife the biggest social site you’ve never heard of?”
The company has received many accolades, and Jeffrey himself was recognized as Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009.
Previously, Jeffrey was a founder and CEO of GreatDomains.com, the world’s leading secondary domain name marketplace. The company was acquired by publicly-traded VeriSign for $100 million.
