LifeLock is an identity theft protection company that protects its members’ personal information from being used by a third party.
LifeLock Inc., founded in 2005, is an American identity theft protection company based in Tempe, Arizona. The company charges $10 a month for the LifeLock identity theft protection intended to detect fraudulent applications for some forms of credit and non-credit related services. It also provides a $1 million guarantee in the event of identity theft to pay for fees associated with collecting on stolen funds, and the guarantee is backed by identity theft insurance to cover other losses. Larry McIntosh most recently served as the chief marketing officer of ID Analytics, responsible for leading the company’s corporate strategy. In this role, he oversaw product management, marketing, privacy and government relations, and the company’s successful entry into new markets including credit risk, authentication and compliance, and consumer identity protection. He also played a key role in the recent acquisition of ID Analytics by LifeLock, Inc., the leading provider of consumer identity theft protection.
McIntosh has over 30 years of marketing, management, and relevant industry experience.
Most recently, McIntosh was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Corporate Marketing at McAfee, where he leveraged McAfee’s capabilities and domain expertise to position the company as the leader in security risk management.
Prior to McAfee, McIntosh served as Chief Marketing Officer of Foundstone, Inc.

Hilary Schneider is the Head of Yahoo’s North American Region.
She also has global responsibilty for Yahoo’s mobile business. Previously she served as Executive Vice President of Yahoo’s Global Partner Solutions (GPS) Division, which brought together Yahoo’s Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Online Channel Division, Yahoo HotJobs and Yahoo Publisher Network teams into one partner-focused organization.
The GPS division was formed to better serve, enhance, and grow Yahoo’s opportunities and relationships with marketers and publishers by driving greater marketing effectiveness through close and collaborative partnership. Schneider assumed the EVP of GPS role when the division was formed in August 2007 and held the title until Yahoo’s re-org in June 2008.
Chris Power joined LifeLock in January 2011 as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to LifeLock, Power served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with NetQuote, Inc. where he helped lead the successful sale of the company to private equity interests.
His experience serving in the CFO role has included both public and private companies including Salary.com, Monster Worldwide and Nortel Networks. Power brings over 20 years of financial, strategic and operational expertise helping drive profitable expansion in high growth, high tech environments.
Power has a BA degree in Commerce and Economics from University of Toronto and also received his MBA from University of Toronto.
Marvin Davis joined LifeLock in September 2009 as the Chief Marketing Officer. Davis, responsible for all of the organization’s marketing initiatives, also oversees LifeLock’s Strategic Partnerships and Marketing business units.
Prior to LifeLock, Davis led the marketing organization at Comcast, launching the company’s first-ever branding campaign. Additionally, he persuaded the company to support the launch with a national media buy, a first for the cable industry.
Davis also served as the VP of advertising and brand management for Verizon Wireless and led the development and launch of the Can You Hear Me Now? brand campaign.
Davis was recognized by BrandWeek as a Top 10 Marketer and by Advertising Age as a Top 50 Marketer, both in 2006.
Davis has a BBA degree in marketing from Emory University and received his MBA in marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
David joined Bessemer Venture Partners in 1992. He has since made 45 early-stage investments for Bessemer, including 19 that have gone public, and 18 that have been acquired by public companies. The first Forbes Midas List ranked David among the world’s top 10 venture investors.
David has invested in network technology (Ciena, P-Com), internet services (PSI-Net, Keynote, Flycast, Netli), and consumer internet (Hotjobs, Blue Nile). In 1995 he cofounded Verisign as a Bessemer-funded spinout of RSA, serving as VeriSign’s initial Chairman; his other data security investments have included Counterpane (acq. by BT), Cyota (acquired by RSA), ON (acquired by Symantec), Postini (acquired by Google), Qualys, Tripwire, Tumbleweed, Valicert and Worldtalk (both of which Tumbleweed acquired after they went public). David currently serves on the boards of Flock, Lifelock, Nominum, Perimeter eSecurity, and Vimo.

Pimentel has a long history as a financial advisor within the technology industry, serving in the CFO role at LSI Logic, WebTV Neworks (acquired by Microsoft), Zone Labs (acquired by Checkpoint) and Glu Mobile (NASDQ:GLUU) before joining as the COO and CFO at McAfee, Inc. in May 2008. At McAfee, Pimentel is responsible for leading all worldwide finance, IT, facilities and manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining the Board of Directors for Imperva, Inc., Pimentel served on the Board of Directors for Crossworlds Software (acquired by IBM), Traiana Corporation (acquired by ICAP), Livingston Communications (acquired by Lucent), SoftCom Microsystems (acquired by Intel) and Danger Research (acquired by Microsoft), and currently serves on the Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Seagate Technology.
In addition, Pimentel is currently on the Board of Advisors for the Center of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University.
With over 20 years of experience in the high technology industry, Srinivasan “Chini” Krishnan is founder and CEO of Vimo Inc., a national leader in providing affordable health insurance to Americans.
Chini also serves an operating partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, where he focuses on the security and consumer Internet opportunities, with an emphasis on financial services.
Before, Vimo, Chini founded Valicert Inc., a Bessemer-funded company and leader in communications security across the Internet. At Valicert, Chini held multiple operational roles, including CTO, and helped complete several acquisitions. Valicert went public in 2000 and ultimately merged with Tumbleweed Communications (NASDAQ:TMWD) in 2003.
Prior to founding Valicert, Chini was product-marketing manager at Enterprise Integration Technologies (EIT), where he was closely involved in releasing the world’s first secure browser.

Clarissa Cerda is EVP, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of LifeLock. Cerda serves on the LifeLock executive leadership team and manages LifeLock’s legal, compliance and government affairs. She brings more than 20 years’ experience of lawyering and negotiation, effective management, and strategic advising in fast-paced, technology corporations, leading law firm and the White House.
Before joining LifeLock, Cerda served as vice president, general counsel, and chief privacy officer of Initiate Systems, Inc. and as vice president, general counsel, and assistant secretary for Open Port Technology, Inc.
Prior to that, she served as a Corporate and Securities partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and as the assistant counsel to the President of the United States in the White House.
She currently sits on the board of directors of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
JP joined LifeLock in April of 2013 and oversees all of core identity theft protection and new product development efforts.
Previously, JP was the Vice President of Product & User Experience at textPlus, a leading mobile communications platform where he oversaw the entire product, design and user experience for the company. Before textPlus, JP was the Senior Director of Product at Citysearch, where he was responsible for the companys web and mobile products, including revenue goals, content strategy and user experience. JP also served as Senior Director, Product Management for FOX Broadcasting Company, where he managed product and site production for primetime shows including 24, House, The Simpsons, Family Guy and others. He also served as Senior Product Manager of Global Front Doors at Yahoo, where he successfully lead the 2008 global redesign project for Yahoos homepages.

Mr. Guthrie served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Discover Financial Services from July 2005 to April 2011.

Jack Wyant founded Blue Chip in 1990 and was responsible for a number of Blue Chip’s most successful investments, including Richwood Pharmaceutical and USinternetworking. He focuses primarily on Media & Marketing companies, and currently works with companies including ShareThis and XOS Digital. Jack has been recognized for leadership in venture capital and entrepreneurial settings by a number of organizations, and he is a frequent lecturer on venture capital investing and entrepreneurship.

Ted Schlein, Managing Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, joined the firm in 1996 with a focus on early stage technology companies in the enterprise software and infrastructure markets; including ventures within the network and consumer security arena.

Ted was the founding CEO of Fortify Software, a pioneer in the software security market and now an HP Company. He also oversees KPCB’s investments in Endgame Systems, LifeLock and Bit9.
Steve Seoane brings over 15 years of experience building and using scores and analytic products to meet the fraud, authentication, compliance, and credit risk needs of many leading companies and government agencies. In the role of Chief Product Officer for LifeLock, Seoane will drive improvements to existing offerings and bring new products to market that address the growing problem of protecting and validating identity for members and enterprises.
Prior to joining LifeLock, Seoane held executive positions at ID Analytics and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, most recently as Vice President of Analytics and Data Acquisition.
Previously, he worked in Capital One’s US Card, responsible for credit policy and marketing strategy of bankcards to the U.S. Hispanic population. He has extensive experience working with credit bureau data, non-traditional public record data, state-of-the-art data mining and model development technologies.
