With more than 20 years of experience in executive management, sales, and marketing for some of the most successful companies in the high-tech industry, Rick is a nationally recognized high technology executive. Immediately prior to Mzinga, Rick was Chief Marketing Officer of WebEx Communications and President of WebEx Small Business, where he was responsible for the companys worldwide go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.
Previously, Rick served as president and CEO of Intranets.com, which was acquired by WebEx in 2005. Under his leadership, Intranets.com secured more than 300,000 users and was named to the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing technology companies for two consecutive years. Before joining Intranets.com, Rick was Vice President of Corporate Marketing at PictureTel, where he was responsible for all aspects of corporate marketing.
Prior to joining PictureTel, Rick was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Shiva Corporation.
As CFO, Jacquelyn Barry Hamilton manages Intronis’ finance function and partners with our operating managers to help deliver our world-class backup solution. She joins the company from Monster Worldwide, where she was divisional CFO of Monster Worldwide Technologies and, prior to that, a corporate finance vice president. A veteran of the IT services market, Jackie was CFO of Corporate Software, where she led financial operations and managed its successful acquisition by Level 3 Communications. Following the purchase, Hamilton served as senior vice president of the Information Services Group of Level 3 Communication.
Neal Bradbury is responsible for data operations and information technology. He keeps Intronis’ data centers at the leading edge of storage technology. Neal has more than 15 years of experience in networking, security, integration, and systems management. Prior to co-founding Intronis, Neal worked at Hasbro Inc. and at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where he was a Systems Engineer working on combat systems of the Virginia-class submarine.
George Roberts is a Venture Partner at OpenView and a former member of the executive management team at Oracle, with over 25 years of deep management experience in the software industry. Since 2003, George has been making private investments and serving as a board member of several fast growing venture capital funded software companies including ScriptLogic Corporation, Fieldglass Inc, and Informance International.
From 1990 to 2003, George spent 13 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently having served as EVP of North American Sales. While at Oracle, George was responsible for over $1 billion in revenue and over 2,000 employees, reporting directly to the company’s CEO and Chairman, Larry Ellison.
Prior to Oracle, George served in various executive positions at System 5, a technology startup, and at Applied Data Research, a large software vendor, where he drove significant sales growth and exceeded revenue objectives for six years.
